If you're on the search for a luxury hot tub to call your very own, you may have come across our competitor H2O Hot Tubs, a Nottingham-based hot tub company that delivers nationwide. But how do their products and services compare to ours?
To help you make the right choice, this blog will compare H2O Hot Tubs against Premier Hot Tubs in three key areas: price, warranty and customer service.
Price
We know that price is the big deciding factor for a lot of would-be hot tub owners, so we've compared our prices against the prices offered by H2O Hot Tubs as of June 2026.
Here at Premier Hot Tubs, you can get your very own hot tub for as little as £2,999. We currently offer several 13 amp 'plug and play' hot tubs at that price point, and most of the tubs in this range can seat 6–7 people at once.
At time of writing (4th June 2026) there is only one hot tub under £3,000 listed on H2O's website: their 13 amp Bliss tub costs marginally less than our cheapest option at £2,995 but this spa only seats 4 people. If you're looking for a tub that can accommodate 6 people at once, the 32 amp Retreat Bay XL spa (£5,395) appears to be the cheapest option H2O offer.
Warranty
Both Premier Hot Tubs and H2O Hot Tubs offer a fairly comprehensive warranty with each hot tub sold. All of our tubs come with the following warranty as standard:
• 10 year warranty for the hot tub shell
• 5 year warranty for the shell surface
• 2 year warranty for electrical parts
• 1 year warranty for the plumbing
• 1 year warranty for other spa components

H2O's warranty appears to vary somewhat depending on which of their hot tubs you purchase. If we take the aforementioned Retreat Bay XL spa as an example, this model comes with the following guarantees:
• 10 year warranty for the hot tub shell
• 2 year warranty for the shell surface
• 2 year warranty for electrical parts
• 2 year warranty for the plumbing
• 2 year warranty for other spa components
As you can see, this package of warranties is comparable to ours but with a couple of differences: the plumbing and other components are covered for an extra year, but the shell surface warranty is a few years shorter. (Bear in mind that we're specifically looking at the Retreat Bay XL warranty document here; other H2O hot tubs may have different warranty terms.)
Customer Service
At time of writing, both Premier Hot Tubs and H2O Hot Tubs hold the same overall Trustpilot score: 4.9 stars out of 5 ('Excellent').
H2O's Trustpilot reviews frequently highlight their team's professionalism and remark on the smoothness of the buying experience. A handful of less positive reviews mention issues with delivery, but these are very much in the minority. To date, 96% of Trustpilot reviewers have seen fit to award H2O the full five stars.

It's probably fair to say that H2O are among our strongest competitors: they offer a good range of hot tubs and the vast majority of their customers speak very highly of them. But the same is most certainly true of Premier Hot Tubs as well, and we'd argue that we're your best option if you're looking for budget-friendly hot tubs that come with outstanding customer support.
