All Premier hot tub models have a multi-layer of insulation and the heating system on our hot tubs transfers 100% of generated heat it produces directly to the water by effectively doing so we reduce the time it takes to heat and maintain the water temperature and the time it takes for the water temperature to pass from the body of water to the outside environment and preventing heat loss.

High-Density Foam
All of our hot tubs are sprayed with High-density polyurethane insulation foam on the outside of the shell reducing the time it takes for the water temperature to pass from the body of water to the outside environment, this high density foam also increases strength to the structure.
Thermal-Layered Insulation
All Premier hot tubs come with thermal-layered insulation that is individually wrapped around the shell reflecting the heat whilst still allowing for easy access to the spa while maintaining the highest R-value.
Thermal Top Cover
All Premier hot tub models come with a thermal top cover, the majority of temperature losses will occur closest to the surface of the water, so if you want to keep your energy bills low, it’s important to trap this heat in.Fitted with adjustable straps and cover clips to ensure the cover fits securely eliminating any heat loss.
Thick ABS Base
All our hot tubs come with a thick solid waterproof ABS base unlike many that use a thin plastic sheet or nothing at all leaving it exposed to the elements and rodents. The benefit of a solid base does not only strengthen and reinforce the construction but also ensures that no moisture from below can penetrate the hot tub keeping the heat retained and minimizing heat loss.Our energy-saving hot tub bases are made from solid, strong fibreglass.
Cabinet Insulation
The composite wood cabinet has aluminium foil insulation fitted all the way around on the inside Nordic heat lock principals adding a further layer and reducing the thermal losses to the sides of your spa significantly.
Economy Mode
All Premier hot tubs are equipped with the most advanced systems which have different settings and modes to protect the hot tub & reduce the running costs so by taking advantage of these is important.When the hot tub is in use, you need the hot tub functioning, but when not in use the economy & sleep modes are there to protect the hot tub and also keep the running costs down.
