Vinyl Hot Tub Cover - Product Features:

• Polystyrene infill
   
• Marine-grade top vinyl reinforces waterproof, anti-mildew and moisture proof functions plus UV resistance and cold cracking resistance
   
• Bottom vinyl is made of PVC (resistant to mildew, cold cracking and abrasion)
   
• Expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam with a density of 25kg/cbm or 32kg/cbm for optimum strength and thermal efficiency
   
• Foam is tapered to allow water to drain
   
• Gauge aluminium C-channel: lighter, extra strength and corrosion proof, ensuring structural integrity for the life of cover, which is 55mm width
   
• Tear-resistant reinforced nylon handles for easy opening and closing
   
• Includes four tie-down straps to secure the hot tub lid for wind resistance and safety
   
• Perimeter skirt helps to retain heat and keep your spa clean
   
• Large corrosion-proof #8 zippers (nylon) with protective flap will not corrode or pull apart
   
• 4 layer, quadruple-reinforced hinge to help this most-worked part
   
• Weep holes in the bottom of the cover allow condensation to drain
   
• Heat stopper pads minimise heat loss
   
• Double-stitched thread with high-grade bonded polyester for extra UV resistance
   
• Central insulation sleeve
